There are two types of sales and business service with customers. One is Contracts with customers and second customers can purchase through our website by their own selection.

2) The present GTCs (General terms & conditions) shall apply to all (future) deliveries and services provided by Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD. to its customers, exclusively under the version valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract or agreement.
3) Contractual customer can contact Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD., customer service for questions, claims and complaints by e-mail at [email protected]. Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD., will answer any such questions, claims and complaints from its contractual customers within two working days.
Request for quote
1) The contractual customers may request a quote from Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD. To request a quote you can either use the online form Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD. offers or send an e-mail to [email protected] or use the web-based quoting tool on our site www.toolsntrix.com Request should be accompanied by drawings or 3D model files of the product to be manufactured in any common file format. The file size must not exceed as mentioned in website.
2) Based on the request, Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD. will provide a quote to the contractual customers. Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD., shall be bound by this quote for seven working days. The contractual customer shall be entitled to accept the quote within this period. The manufacturing agreement shall take effect when the contractual customer accepts the quote and when Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD. confirms this acceptance with a corresponding order confirmation. Only quotation with no requested amendments from contractual customer shall be deemed as acceptance. Following receipt of quote acceptance, Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD. may send a written order confirmation to the contractual customer within 3 working days which thereby concludes the contract. If customer need online acceptance for same quotation so this is not possible for Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD. . We can give acceptance for one quotation in one format. If any other form acceptance is deemed to be a new request for quotation Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD. will reply to this as a new quotation request and submit to same customer.
3) Customer can acceptance of the quotation in any form, but always in writing email to Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD.
4) Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD. not accept any illegal products manufacturing order which is against the Indian law.
Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD., is bound to submit quotation to our Contractual customer within Seven working days.
Before submit quotation to contractual customer Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD. may query through email and Call to customer if any technical discussion needed.
5) If any changes in drawings after acceptance, contractual customer should inform within 3 working days, Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD. reserves the right to extend the delivery time and of the products by the taken required to clarify this. Contractual customer is required to assist in any such kind of clarifications.
If any major changes in drawings, Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD., reserves the right to revise product price with approval by contractual customer.
6) As our customer is aware that Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD. does not have manufacturing itself. But rather entrusts other seemingly suitable manufacturers (hereinafter referred to as “Partner(s)“) with the production.
Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD. is entitled to commission various (different) partners to manufacture the products required to fulfil an order.
7) Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD. never share customer identification with manufacture. But Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD., rights to share drawings with manufacture to fulfil the production with all confidential parameters from drawings ( to be shared by customer )
8) If Customer needs Standard products, they can simply search in our search bar with product name, code and Brand name. Products will appear with Price & delivery period. Choose the supplier as per quoted price and delivery time (as preferable by customer). Once order is confirmed by customer Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD. release Invoice to customer email address after received product amount. Product will deliver as per the given delivery time period. If any changes in delivery period Tools &Trix Automation Trading (P) LTD. team will inform customer in prior base. Also, customer can also track the product current location.
